Los Angeles indie-rock quintet You Me & Iowa will be releasing their sophomore effort, The Adventures Of You Me & Iowa, on May 6, 2008 in both physical and digital formats. You Me & Iowa has played repeated sold out shows and is in heavy rotation at Indie radio in hometown LA. The band sounds like a delicious mix of The Dodos and The Sea & Cake with a dash of The Talking Heads. What wouldn’t you love about that?

You Me & Iowa consists of Tony Benedetti, Andrew Carroll, Tizoc Estrada, Ryan Julio and Ryan Ross. Their latest single “Dress the Stage” is currently spinning on Indie 103.1 in California and can be downloaded here. The new album is currently available for pre-order and the first 100 people to pre-order the album here will receive it before its release date on May 6th.
