So Many Dynamos Sign to Vagrant, Tour with Ra Ra Riot

will release their third full-length and debut, The Loud Wars, on April 7, 2009. Tonight, however, the band kicks off a string of December with . The 10-track disc was produced by Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie, The Decemberists) at Tiny Telephone Studios in San Francisco and Alberta Court, his home studio in Portland, OR. The Loud Wars was mixed by both Walla and Alex Newport (Mars Volta, At the Drive-in).

“We’re so excited to be signing with Vagrant. We feel like we have a lot in common with some of their mid-western “touring machine” bands that meant so much to us when we were growing up. We’re also really proud of The Loud Wars – it wasn’t easy to make and it wasn’t quick, but it really captures who we are as a band.” – Ryan Wasoba, guitarist/keyboardist
