It’s the season of giving and we want to get in the spirit. PopWreckoning would like to give you a pair of concert tickets to see Split Lip Rayfield and Ha Ha Tonka this Friday, Dec. 12, 2008 at the Beaumont Club in Kansas City, MO.
Split Lip Rayfield is a bluegrass, alt-country act from Wichita, KS and credited as helping to define the “Thrash-grass” genre. The band gained a large following after the releases of In The Mud and Never Make It Home.

Ha Ha Tonka is a bluegrass, southern rock act from Springfield, MO. These guys are foot-stompin’ fun. With a sound like that of Kings of Leon, catching Ha Ha Tonka in KC now might be a nice alternative to those not wanting to spend a hefty $40 on a Kings of Leon ticket later this winter.

Interested? Just comment in this thread by 10:00PM Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008.
And trust us, a free show definitely beats another Friday of sitting on your patio watching your breath freeze.
