Neither in a good way nor bad way, just in a confusing way. I’d seen several items about “Kevin Devine [wherever] in Philly” and was stoked since I’d been following the Brooklyn Kevin Devine since 2003 and was very confused to see that we [Philly] also have a Kevin [James] Devine (you, good sir). The end result was 4 parts confusion and 1 part bummed out with a dash of mindfuck.

It’s a good name! I’ve liked it since ’03 anyway, haha. Not even upset, just confused. It happened like 3 or 4 times in a week so it was kind of frustrating at the time.
