I take no shame in my love for the CW’s “Gossip Girl“, even despite its writers’ inability to create any sort of character development that makes a modicum of sense and the ridiculous plotlines. Mostly, I think I adore the hair, clothes and pretty, pretty, pretty men. No doubt I’m influenced by my love of GG and Blair Waldorf‘s style, but the actress who plays her, Leighton Meester, has been looking to launch a pop career for some time. So am I crazy, or is this not awful? And kind of good. …At least it’s not Heidi Montag.
