You probably know Laura Marling best as a former member of London folk pop band Noah and the Whale: she provided angelic harmonizing vocals to the band’s hit “Five Years Time.” According to her official website, the English songbird now has plans to play several dates across North America in support of her Mercury Prize-nominated debut album released in 2008, Alas I Cannot Swim, which incidentally was produced by NATW’s singer/songwriter Charlie Fink. Catch her folky stylings at the following venues in February 2010.
Tour Dates:
Feb 03 – Casbah / San Diego
Feb 04 – Largo / Los Angeles
Feb 05 – Cellar / Visalia, CA
Feb 06 – Swedish American Hall / San Francisco
Feb 09 – Drake Hotel / Toronto
