New York City’s twee pop band the Pains of Being Pure at Heart will be touring with new wave artiste Twin Shadow and several other bands come the end of March. They also make their first appearance in Mexico, ever, at the Indieofest on March 12. The band’s second album, Belong, is expected to be released in late March on Slumberland Records.
